Öğe Application of strategic human resource management models for organizational performance(IGI Global, 2023) Geethanjali, N.; Ashifa, K.M.; Raina, Avantika; Patil, Jayashree; Byloppilly, Rameshwaran; Suman Rajest, S.Modern organizational management must include strategic human resource management (SHRM). It is an improvement over the conventional human resources management methods, mostly concerned with operations and connections with employees. Contrarily, SHRM recognizes that workers are one of a company's most significant assets and works to match HR practices with those aims and objectives. This method strongly emphasizes long-term planning, proactive decision-making, and a close connection between HR strategies and overarching corporate plans. Strategic human resource management includes all those activities affecting the behavior of individuals in their efforts to formulate and implement the strategic needs of the business. It is the pattern of planned human resource deployments and activities intended to enable the firm to achieve its goals. © 2024, IGI Global. The life events of a person are profoundly depressed and maybe current since birth or otherwise occur during the time of an individual. Self-help community creation is a significant method used in promoting target population activity as a cohesive entity of higher bargaining power. Disabled people offer various rehabilitation programs to improve their livelihoods. Persons with disabilities were involved in a condition that resolutions such as housing and special schools were drawn up to separate them. Policies now take several days for public and training insertion, and medically intensive solutions provide additional methods for working together to realize that persons are as well as their bodies disabled by environmentally friendly problems. This study aims to identify the needs and their difficulties that are faced in society and helps to solve them. It also reveals the exclusion of a person with disabilities in the current scenario. This study finally helps to solve the problems of the disabled and provides provisions of community-based rehabilitation for the livelihood. © 2019 ETA-Florence Renewable Energies.Öğe Developmental initiatives for person with disabilities: Appraisal on village based rehabilitation of amar seva sangam(Indian Journal of Public Health Research and Development, 2019) Ashifa, K.M.Disability is the type of impairment. Finding shelter is one of the most pressing demands of anyone impacted by a disaster. While the abundance of catastrophe data is already assisting in the saving of lives, it is necessary to quickly combine a broad variety of data in order to detect building damages, determine the need for shelter, and choose the best locations to set up emergency shelters or settlements. This research suggests a machine learning (ML) approach that seeks to fuse as well as quickly evaluate multimodal data in order to fill this gap and advance complete evaluations. This study suggests a unique approach to managing environmental disasters that is based on the analysis of geographical data using a machine learning model. Here, the input is a geospatial picture of a region that frequently experiences disasters, which is then smoothed and noise-removed. Then, a fuzzy clustering–based deep spatial reinforcement model (FCDSR) was used to choose the characteristics of the processed data. Multimodal Dirichlet allocation–based LSTM (long short-term memory) logistic correspondence algorithm (MDALLCA) was used to extract the chosen features. For various catastrophe datasets, experimental analysis is done in terms of prediction accuracy, precision, F-measure, and ROC. Our findings indicate possible locations with a high density of impacted people as well as infrastructure damage during the course of the crisis. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.Öğe Health afflictions and quality of work life among women working in fireworks industry(Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication, 2019) Ashifa, K.M.; Ramya, P.All festivities see colors in the form of fireworks. There are prone to lot of discriminations and violence, since they are not aware of the steps to be taken against these acts. Because it is difficult to keep customers and easy for them to switch brands, the idea of customer retention has become the subject of research in the sales industry. Traditional human resource management systems are unable to manage and analyze data because of the rapid growth of enterprise-generated data's processing capacity. This exploration proposes novel strategy in human asset the executives for little new company business with their client hold utilizing Artificial intelligence (AI) procedures. Behavioral pattern analysis based on reinforcement radial fuzzy decision with quadratic kernel vector machine is utilized here for human resource management and customer relationship retention. In terms of prediction accuracy, area under the curve (AUC), average precision, sensitivity, and quadratic normalized square error, various human resource datasets based on entrepreneurship are the subjects of the experimental analysis. The proposed technique attained prediction accuracy of 98%, AUC of 89%, average precision of 83%, sensitivity of 66%, quadratic normalized square error of 59%. © 2023Öğe Role of community based programmes for active ageing: Elders self help group in kerala(Indian Journal of Public Health Research and Development, 2019) Rasi, R.A.; Ashifa, K.M.Ageing is an inevitable process in human life. SMEs benefit from the low cost and sustainability of their production. In general, they use less costly local tools. Based on low labor expenses, the production and operating costs for small businesses are lower. SMEs can also be used best for custom production. The growth of the small and medium-scale industries leads to the supplies of manufactured goods, encouraging the creation of resources, growing indigenous entrepreneurial talent and skills, and creating employment(Kumar, 2006). SMEs are an industry kindergarten, mostly driven by personal ingenuity and innovation (Kaul, 2019). This sector has been granted the highest level of employment after agriculture, accordingly by the Development Commission of micro-small and medium-sized enterprises. The large number of employees supplied by SMEs plays a vital role in the reduction of poverty (OECD, 2004). The present investigation tried to analyze the sustainability of Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Engineering Enterprises (SMMEEs) in India with the support of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and identified priority indicator of sustainability with global priority weightage and competitiveness of Manufacturing Engineering enterprises in India. © 2020, Institute of Advanced Scientific Research, Inc..
