An Educational Revolutionary Mustafa Necati - After the national struggle ended in victory, a new struggle was initiated with the same determination and will, and tough struggles began in political, legal and cultural fields in line with Atatürk's farsighted ideas for the restructuring of the state. In order for these struggles to end in victory, knowledgeable, brave and fair people were given duties in the established governments. One of these names is Mustafa Necati.
