The research was carried out with blue- and white-collar workers working in various sectors operating in the province of Istanbul. Since 39 of the data obtained from 700 volunteers contained extreme data, the analyzations were carried out on 661 valid questionnaires. As a result of the analyations carried out, a significant relationship was found between psychological capital and digital transformation. This relationship was found to be positive and significant. The results of the regression analysis were carried out to determine the effect of sub-dimensions on digital transformation. It has been determined that there is a significant relationship and interaction between digital transformation and the sub-dimensions of psychological capital. When the B values were examined, it was determined that the effect of the hope-optimism sub-dimension was 56.1% more effective in this interaction. © 2023 Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
